CTI AND NIN COLLABORATE ON “YEAR ZERO” CD

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO – Chromatic Technologies, Inc. (CTI) just recently finished creating the specialty ink that Nine Inch Nails (NIN) is using on their newest album entitled, "Year Zero".

CTI is a special effects ink manufacture who was asked to provide the “disappearing ink” for the new NIN release “Year Zero”. CTI was ready for the challenge and went into development on a formulation of ink that would do just the job. CTI created a black thermochromic color-changing ink that could be printed on a CD, and would disappear when heated. This ink is reactive to heat, so by touching the CD of taking it out of a warm CD player, the disk will reveal a color-change and hidden image or message. The NIN CD has both a hidden image and a hidden code.

CTI is a marketing and technology-driven company that offers the broadest line of custom thermochromic and photochromic inks in the industry.
